Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape holder which can sever an adhesive tape safely without a cutter such as sawteeth.SOLUTION: An adhesive tape holder 10 includes: a tape holding part 21 on which an adhesive tape wound body 36 is rotatably held wherein the adhesive tape wound body is formed by winding an adhesive tape 37 with an adhesive material applied on a base material; and severing means 32 which severs the adhesive tape 37 drawn from the adhesive tape wound body 36. The severing means 32 includes a breaking part 33 having a projected top part formed in at least a center part with respect to a width direction of the adhesive tape 37. A breaking groove forming mechanism 24 is arranged between the tape holding part 21 and the breaking part 33 to form at least one line of a breaking groove having a plurality of predetermined widths along a longitudinal direction of the base material in a center part of the base material of the adhesive tape 37. The adhesive tape 37 is severed by abutting the breaking groove formed on the adhesive tape 37 and the breaking part 33 arranged on the severing means 32.
