Tape 8 has an adhesive face 8b and a face 8a opposing to the adhesive face 8b, on which letters, figures patterns can be written. The adhesive tape is coiled around a reel 6 in such a way that the face 8a faces upward. A fixing shaft 4 is inserted in this reel 6 to rotatably support the tape reel 6. A cutter section 10 is provided at a position separated from the reel 6 along the direction in which the tape 8 is drawn from the reel 6 to cut the tape 8. A temporary adhering section 12 is arranged between the reel 6 and cutter section 10 along the direction in which the tape 8 is drawn to temporarily adhere the drawn tape 8.
