Abstract:
To solve such problems such that it is difficult to neatly peel tapes by a conventional tape peeling machine, therefore, the remnant of a tape causes a drill to break and a hole burr causes poor drilling to occur on a reused backup board, and when using the tape peeling machine with only an upper blade to peel the remnant of a tape on the backup board after manually peeling the tape, surplus tape remaining on the backup board side gets curled to stick to the backup board again.
The present invention prevents remnants in peeling a tape while imposing a pressure with an adhesive tape peeling blade and solves the problems by providing the same mechanism at the upper and lower portions.
