To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet in which a re-peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer prevents a photo-polymerization initiator from migrating and reduces a pressure-sensitive adhesive strength by irradiation of an active energy ray.
In the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet 1 which is used for semiconductor processing, and has a constitution provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive agent layer 12 made at least on one face of a base material 11, the base material is a soft (poly)vinyl chloride base material and the pressure-sensitive adhesive agent layer comprises an acrylic polymer with hydroxyl group, a photo-polymerization initiator with hydroxyl group and a cross-linking agent with isocyanate group as an indispensable component, wherein the acrylic polymer and the cross-linking agent and further, the photo-polymerization initiator and the cross-linking agent are chemically bonded, the bond between the acrylic polymer and the cross-linking agent and the bond between the photo-polymerization initiator and the crosslinking agent are chemical bonds between the isocyanate group and the hydroxyl group. The pressure sensitive adhesive develops a specified andhesive force by an ultraviolet ray irradiation after being preserved for one month in an environment at 50°C.
