To provide an adhesive tape transfer tool so constituted as to facilitate the use of a tape and, at the same time, enable to efficiently bond a coating film substance to a prescribed paper surface.

This adhesive tape transfer tool is detachably bound in a pair of separable casings, in which a tape roll coated with the coating film substance is housed and bound. In addition, the transfer tool includes a guide chip comprising (1) a tape supporting frame, in which the tape roll is pivotally supported, the tip part of which projects outside on a tape drawing-out side so as to guide the course of a tape drawn out of the tape roll and which has a binding hole open outside along its longitudinal direction, (2) a binding shaft part, one end of which is pivotally bound with in the binding hole, (3) a guide rod part, which extends to both the directions normal to the other end of the binding shaft part so as to press down the tape in order to bond the coating film substance of the tape to the surface of paper, and (4) projections projected upwards from both the ends of the guide rod part for preventing the tape from getting out of place.
