Abstract:
To provide a device, method and program for measuring a thickness of an adhesive in a short time by an X-ray two-dimensional image.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive thickness measurement device of a sample which includes a first adhered object 101, a second adhered object 102 and an adhesion object 103. A processing unit 205 comprises: a member information acquisition part which acquires a three-dimensional shape and an X-ray absorption coefficient of the first adhered object and second adhered object and an X-ray absorption coefficient of the adhesion object; an X-ray intensity acquisition part which acquires two-dimensional transmission intensity of the sample; and a calculation part which acquires the thickness of the adhesion object by using the three-dimensional shape and X-ray absorption coefficient of the first adhered object and second adhered object, the X-ray absorption coefficient of the adhesion object, the X-ray intensity before transmission of the sample and the X-ray transmission intensity of the sample and the thickness calculation formula. A thickness calculation formula is t3=-ln(C/C0)+μ1t1+μ2t2/μ3, wherein C and C0 are the transmission portion and the background contrast in the X-ray two-dimensional image, μ1, μ2, μ3 are the X-ray absorption coefficients of the first adhered object, second adhered object and adhesion object, and t1, t2, t3 are the thickness of the first adhered object, second adhered object and adhesion object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
