To enable the reliable transfer of an adhesive onto a transfer object surface optionally by either spot-like transfer or linear transfer by a simple operation.
An adhesive transfer implement includes a supply reel 20 whereon a transfer tape 1 having the adhesive 3 on one side of a tape base 2 is wound, a take-up reel 30 which takes up the transfer tape and a transfer head 40 which transfers the adhesive of the transfer tape onto the transfer object surface. The transfer head is pivotally fitted so that one end thereof can be shaken, and has a first transfer part 45a having a circular-arc surface contacting the transfer tape in a free end portion, a second transfer part 45b having a flat transfer surface 45c between the first transfer part and the pivotally fitted portion and a spring member 46 urging the free end side toward the transfer object surface side. The spot-like transfer of the adhesive onto the transfer object surface is performed by pressing the second transfer part on the transfer object surface against the urging force of the spring member, or the linear transfer of the adhesive onto the transfer object surface is performed by moving the first transfer part in a state of being pressed on the transfer object surface by the urging force of the spring member.
