Abstract:
To provide an adhesive for wood pieces that has higher safety and higher water resistance.SOLUTION: An adhesive for wood pieces contains glucomannan and an alkali compound, and also contains water. The alkali compound is preferably 0.2-50 mass% with respect to the total amount of the glucomannan, and more preferably the alkali compound is at least one selected from the group consisting of calcium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, calcium oxide, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, and ammonia.SELECTED DRAWING: None
