Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a gas laser oscillator which maintains the laser output at a prescribed value even when the inner temperature of a discharge tube is changed.
CONSTITUTION: A temperature detector 9 which detects the temperature in a discharge tube 5 is provided in the discharge tube 5. A calculating part 10 which allows the detecting signal (x) from the temperature detector 9 to be inputted and outputs the signal to the voltage adjusting part of a direct current high voltage power source 1 is provided.
