Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a methylated flavonol derivative that exhibits an adipose adsorption action, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The methylated flavonol derivative is an amphiphilic substance comprising methylated flavonol, quinic acid and gallic acid. The production method comprises a step of fermenting a fermented broth fermented by adding Bacillus natto made by Natto-Hompo to flower of Typha latifolia and soybean powder with Benikoji fungi. The resulting methylated flavonol derivative exhibits an excellent adipose adsorption effect and is suitable for dieting. In cosmetics, sebum is reduced, and it is effective in protecting spots and wrinkles. Furthermore, it is used as a plant protective agent or a plant activating agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
