To solve a problem wherein other materials cannot be cut because a head portion of a circular saw gets in the way if a ruler is left mounted, but if the circular saw ruler is removed, a delicate deviation arises when carrying out cutting in the same dimension.

This adjustable circular saw ruler includes a knob mounted to a neck portion of the circular saw ruler to make the head portion rotatable by loosening the knob. Any material can thereby be freely cut without a slight movement of the ruler.
