To provide a fixing device which surely obtains a stable fixed state when erecting an anchor bolt embedded in a foundation or the like, on leveling concrete, and easily attains horizontal position adjustment and leveling if necessary.
This adjustable fixing device includes: a nut 41 screwed with a bolt 21 projected from a fixed part 31; an annular interposed part 51 having a clamped face 53 clamped with the nut 41, and a through-hole 52 with a diameter larger than the diameter of the bolt 21; and a washer part 61 having a convex surface 62 projected to the interposed part 51 to slidably receive the interposed part 51 along the convex spherical surface 62, and a flat abutting surface 63 abutting on a clamped surface 32 of the fixed part 31, and further having a through-hole 64 allowing the bolt 21 to pass therethrough.
