Abstract:
To provide different three kinds of functions, and obtain an adjustable reamer.
A reamer is composed by containing a securing part 11, a shank, guide members 24 and 25, at least a single cutting insert, adjusting means 36, 37, 38 and 39 and first and second fastening means 27 and 40, and the first fastening means can be opened from the shank. A first contact place is arranged between the first fastening means and the shank, and a second contact place is arranged between the first fastening means and the cutting insert. An angle between the first and the second contact places related to the reamer rotation axis CL is set larger than at least 100°, preferably, 135°.
