Abstract:

To provide a view finder capable of adjusting an observation position according to the change of the weight or the center of gravity of a camera and the bodily characteristic or the individual taste of a cameraman.

The view finder device include 1st and 2nd lens groups arranged on an optical axis, and the 1st lens group is at a view finder part elongated forward and the 2nd lens group is included at a view finder part elongated backward. The part elongated backward is rotatably coupled with the part elongated forward, while the part elongated forward has a nesting part so as to change the position of an observer's eye in a back-and-forth direction with respect to the camera. Light is collimated between the 1st and the 2nd lens groups at the nesting part, so that the image viewed through the view finder maintains the same magnification in a state where it is focused in the midst of nesting adjusting movement.
