PURPOSE: To enable easy alignment adjusting of the die to a nipple by providing a member for alignment adjusting composed of a plurality of eccentric rings on the outer periphery of the die located at the tip part of the nipple through which a core line is inserted.
CONSTITUTION: On the outer periphery of the core line 10 inserted through the inside of the nipple 6, the die 5 is provided with a desired aperture to the outer periphery of the tip part 13 of the nipple 6, so as to coat insulating material 15 melted and extruded from an extruder 11 in desired thickness. As the member for core- matching adjustment for adjusting the interval of the aperture, the inside eccentric ring 7 is put rotatably on the outer periphery of the die 5 and further on the outside thereof the outside eccentric ring 8 is put rotatably. The outside eccentric ring 8 is fitted in the inner periphery of an outside retaining ring 16, while the inside eccentric ring 7 and the outside eccentric ring 8 are fitted in positions apart at an angle of 180° from each other so as for the amount of eccentricity thereof to negate each other.
