Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting device capable of performing a torque conversion at a relatively large transmission ratio and simultaneously being manufactured by a low complexity structure without scarcely taking its installation space.SOLUTION: An adjusting device [10] of this invention comprises a rotary type input element [26] enabling a first torque from motor devices [18, 22] to be inputted into the adjusting device; a rotary type output element [16] enabling a second torque to be outputted by the adjusting device; and a transmittance portion for converting the first torque to the second torque. The transmittance portion comprises transmitting means [32] having a first thread part [30] and a second thread part [34]. The first thread part converts a rotation of the input element [26] to an axis line directional motion of the transmitting means and the second thread part converts the axis line directional motion of the transmitting means to a rotation of the output element [16].SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
