Abstract:
An adjuster gear screw (112) is provided that includes an adjuster shaft (126) having a threaded portion and a shaft end (132), a gear head (130) having a plurality of radial protrusions (156) spaced by a plurality of radial indents (158), and a flange (150) having a flange front surface (152), an elongated neck (128) interconnecting the adjuster shaft (126) and the gear head (130), and a gear (134) having a gear rear surface (160), a plurality of teeth (164), and a plurality of fingers (168) and notches (170) extending along an inner circumference (171), wherein the gear (134) is axially secured to the gear head (130) in a first longitudinal direction via abutment of the gear rear surface (160) with the flange front surface (152), and in a second longitudinal direction via engagement of the plurality of fingers (168) with the plurality of indents (158), and wherein the gear (134) is rotationally secured to the gear head (130) via abutment of the plurality of radial protrusions (156) with the plurality of notches (170).
