Title:
ADJUSTING MECHANISM FOR FIELD EQUIPMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3172962
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the corrosion resistance by fixing a noncorrosive member having an insertion hole, in which an adjusting member is to be inserted through a seal member, to the surface of an adjusting member fitting part through a seal member.
SOLUTION: In this adjusting mechanism, the surface of an adjusting member fitting part 41 is coated with the noncorrosive member 43, and while a clearance between a zero-point adjusting member 24 and an insertion hole 46 and a clearance between the surface of the adjusting member fitting part 41 and the noncorrosive member 43 are respectively sealed by O-rings 28, 44. Intrusion of the corrosive gas such as chlorine gas into a through hole 27 can be securely prevented. A trouble that corrosion is generated in the inner peripheral surface and that the zero-point adjusting member 24 becomes out of order is prevented without coating the deep of the through hole 27 with the coating 19, and the corrosion resistance can be improved.
