Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the titled mechanism which facilitates delicate adjustment of mold thickness and does not require an excessive mold strength, by a method wherein a slanted sliding block for determining the advancing limit of a pressurizing slidable mold piece is provided, and the pressure exerted on an adjusting rod for mold thickness is detected and controlled.

CONSTITUTION: The slanted sliding block 8 is adjusted so that a cavity part 10 has a predetermined mold thickness, and the cavity part 10 is pressurized by the pressurizing slidable mold piece 3 driven by a pressurizing drive source 11 through a pressure cylinder 7. The tip of the adjusting rod 5 for mold thickness fixed to a pushing-out plate 4 collides against the block 8, a pressure sensor 6 detects a part of the pressure, and the drive source 11 is controlled through a pressure controller 9.
