PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of troubles, and thereby enhance production efficiency by suspending 1' the motion of the carrying rollers of table roller groups at the upstream side of a detector for a set period of time to allow a carrying pitch to be automatically adjusted when the carrying pitch is locally shortened.

CONSTITUTION: The minimum value of the carrying pitch between products, is set in advance. And the actual carrying pitch is measured by a product detector and a hour meter which are located between two table roller groups. A carrying pitch TA outputted by the detector is outputted to the hour meters A and A' so as to be compared with a minimum limit value tA outputted by a integral minimum pitch setter respectively. When TA>tA, carrying is kept on with no control executed. When TA≤tA, it is feared that defective transshipping may take place, signals are outputted to a table roller group control means, a table roller group suspension hour meter, and an integral table roller group suspension time setter, so that an electric motor driving a table roller group B carrying the following members, is once suspended for the period of time tB so as to be restarted.
