PURPOSE: To allow the dead bolt of a door lock to form a straight line with the receiving hole of a door frame by horizontally and vertically adjusting a plate.

CONSTITUTION: A substrate 3 is fixed to the side end face of a door and has a slot 33 in the longitudinal direction, which allows dead bolts 21 to pass through and is formed at the substrate, a pair of screw holes 32, 32' in the longitudinal direction and a recess part 31 of a longitudinal direction. An internal plate 4 has its recess part 41 housed and supported by the slot 33 of the substrate 3 in the state of being capable of moving the part 31 of the substrate 3 in the longitudinal direction. The plate 4 has a slot of a longitudinal direction, which allows the bolts 21 to pass through and is formed at the plate 4, and a pair of screw holes 42, 42' in the horizontal direction. An external plate 5 is housed and supported by the part 41 of the plate 4 in a state of being movable in the horizontal direction, and plural slots 51 corresponding to the bolts 21 are formed at the plate 5.
