PURPOSE: To eliminate the over-rise of temperature and the drop delay of temper ature in a temperature/humidity adjustment case adjusting cooling/heating/ humidification in a case and working-processing a cooked body.
CONSTITUTION: When a process for simultaneously operating a neater 10 and a humidifer 11, which adjust temperature and humidity in the case 2C, is set in a control part 20, the heating amount of the heater 10 is reduced to that obtained by reducing influence amount owing to the temperature of humidity outputted from the humidifier 11 so as to execute an operation. A temperature rise rate in the case is made almost constant, and the progress of cooking working for the cooked body is stabilized and is made uniform. When a process for changing temperature in the case 2C to a lower part and process for adding humidity is set in the control part 20, cooling delay owing to the vicious circle of dehumidification and humidification is eliminated by stopping the operation of the humidifier 11 until temperature becomes higher than set temperature by prescribed value.
