Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a DNA, capable of coding a human α1A/D adrenergic receptor and providing a sufficient amount of the purified human α1A/D adrenergic receptor and useful for screening a medicine selective for the human α1A/D adrenergic receptor.
CONSTITUTION: This adrenergic receptor gene is a DNA capable of coding a human α1A/D adrenergic receptor of an amino acid sequence expressed by the formula. Furthermore, the human α1A/D adrenergic receptor is obtained by culturing a microorganism transformed with the DNA.
