Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorbent with which adhesion of liquid water to zeolite is prevented while suppressing significant lowering of adsorptivity of zeolite.SOLUTION: An adsorbent includes a body 3 to adsorb water vapor and a film 4 formed on a surface of the body. The body 3 is composed of a zeolite having a crystal structure including Si. The film 4 has a property to make the water vapor able to pass through the film 4 and to suppress passing of liquid water therethrough. Thereby passing of the liquid water through the film 4 is suppressed. Thereby the liquid water is prevented from direct adhesion to the body 3. Further, the water vapor can pass through the film 4. Consequently, adsorptivity of the body 3 is not significantly lowered even when the film 4 is formed on the surface of the body 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
