Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the adsorbent suitable for optical splitting or solvent splitting, by using one obtained by coating wholly porous fine particles with a thermoplastic synthetic resin as the separation adsorbent.
CONSTITUTION: In the separation adsorbent, as a carrier, one obtained by substantially coating wholly porous fine particles with an average fine pore size of 100 or more with a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polyolefine, polyethylene terephthalate or the like is used. This adsorbent is useful for optical splitting, solvent splitting, especially, a column packing agent for liquid chromatography and low in tailing and can separate a solvent easily.
