The adsorbent sheet is composed of: the adsorbent material adsorbing steam contained in air in contact and desorbing steam by the air in contact; and a base material sheet composed of a material not adsorbing steam and holding the adsorbent material. The adsorbent sheet is also provided with an adhesive composed of a material not adsorbing steam, and fixing the adsorbent material to the base material sheet.
