Abstract:
To achieve an analyzer capable of highly precisely performing analysis in a short time.SOLUTION: An adsorber includes: a cell that has a base material and an encapsulation member that is joined with the base material to form a hollow structure with the base material and in which a first and a second open holes are provided, each of which is in communication with an internal space and an outer space of the hollow structure; a plurality of carbon nanotube bundles that extend from the base material in the internal space to be located separately from each other; and a heater provided on at least one of the base material or the encapsulation member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
