Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorber capable of reducing thermal distortion and securing a product life.SOLUTION: An adsorber 1 includes heat medium pipes 10 in which a heat medium is circulated, and a pair of header plates 20, 30 formed into the plate shape through which the heat medium pipes 10 are penetrated, and joined to both ends of the heat medium pipes 10. Each of the header plates 20, 30 has a plurality of through holes 21, 31 through which the heat medium pipes 10 can be penetrated, and burring portions formed by performing hole flange processing (burring processing) on edges of the through holes 21. The burring portions are easily deformable in a longitudinal direction of the heat medium pipes 10 when the heat medium pipes 10 are extended in a longitudinal direction of the heat medium pipe 10. Thus the deformation of the heat medium pipes 10 in the longitudinal direction can be absorbed by the burring portions, as a result, thermal distortion generated on each of joining parts of the adsorber 1 can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
