Abstract:
To provide an adsorption apparatus which can also be adsorbed even to an object having convexoconcave.
An adsorption apparatus 100 includes a plurality of adsorption sections 10. The internal space 14 of an elastic hollow body 12 is communicated with a pump. The elastic hollow body 12 can be deformed in accordance with pressure from the outside (1), and in the state where negative pressure is supplied to the internal space 14, the elastic hollow body 12 is restricted so as to prevent portions 18 surrounding respective adsorption portions 16, corresponding respectively to the plurality of adsorption sections 10 of the elastic hollow body 12, from being deformed inside substantially by deforming the adsorption portions 16 inside (2).
