Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorption heat exchanger which has a small size, has high productivity and is evenly formed of an adsorption layer capable of providing high adsorption efficiency, and to provide a manufacturing method of an adsorption fin used for the adsorption heat exchanger.SOLUTION: An adsorption layer of which the film density is 800 to 2100 kg/mand the content of adsorption material is 88 to 97 wt.% when the whole adsorption layer is 100 wt.% is formed according to one time coating drying process by applying a coating solution which includes an adsorbent, a binder resin component and solvent and has a predetermined viscosity onto the surface of substrate constituting an adsorption fin according to a curtain coat method and drying the coated solution.
