PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a pressure differential value in which a valve body is opened adjustable, in a valve in which the valve body is opened by a pressure difference between regions.SOLUTION: A valve includes: a valve body which is arranged at a communication portion for communicating regions provided inside a closed space whose pressure is lower than the atmospheric pressure, and which is opened by a pressure difference between the regions; and a drive part which is arranged outside or inside of the closed space, and which allows a magnetic force to act on the valve body in a direction in which the valve body is opened or a direction in which the valve body is closed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
