A polymerizable monomer, having an extracting reagent carrying function, is graft-polymerized to the surface of a substrate to carry the extracting reagent and acquire an absorption material of metal ions. A functional group, having the extracting reagent carrying function, may be a hydrophobic group (such as, alkyl amino group, alkyl group, alkyl thiol group, and epoxy group), a hydrophilic group (such as, diol group), or their combination.
