Abstract:
To surely maintain a contact state between a contact object and a terminal.SOLUTION: An adsorption probe comprises: a main body part 31 in which a terminal 41 formed with a contact surface 41a to be brought into contact with a screw 101 is provided on a tip part 31a thereof, which has an adsorption part, and maintains a contact state between the screw 101 and the contact surface 41a by adsorption force of the adsorption part; a branch part 32 branched from a branch portion 31c on a base end part 31b side of the main body part 31; and a cable 33 electrically connected to the terminal 41 through the branch part 32. When a position of the contact surface 41a along an axial line A of the main body part 31 is a reference position P1, a position P2 along the axial line A of a curve portion 33c where the cable 33 is curved by self weight is closer to a reference position P1 side than to a position P3 along the axial line A of the branch portion 31c, or is on an opposite side to the position P3 across the reference position P1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
