Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an adsorbent module without generating serious deviation in distribution of adsorbent and binder with high productivity.SOLUTION: In an adsorption type heat exchanger 1, adsorbent is held in a region α for storing a plurality of heat transfer members 34 arranged with intervals in a body part 31 of an adsorbent module 3, and the adsorbent is an adsorbent composite 4 obtained by mixing active carbon 41 and nonpolar binder resin 42. A manufacturing method for the adsorption type heat exchanger includes: a filling step (step 102) of filling the region α with gelatinous adsorbent composite agent 45 with the active carbon and the nonpolar and water-soluble binder resin 42 dispersed in ethanol, with compression; an evaporation step (step 103) of evaporating ethanol and water contained in the adsorbent composite agent 45 in the region α; and a hardening step (step 104) of heating and hardening the binding resin 42 at a second temperature range (for example, 120-150°C) higher than a first temperature range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
