Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorption unit in which a strong adsorption state can be kept for a long period of time by a simple configuration, the number of component parts can be reduced, its manufacturing cost can be reduced and they can be simply assembled.SOLUTION: A substantial cup-shaped pressing member 3 shows that a bottom plate 7 is fitted to a fitting groove 5a of a shaft part 5 under a deformed state in which the bottom plate 7 and an opening end part 8a are close to each other when an adsorption surface 4a of a sucking disk 2 is adsorbed against a surface S1 to be adsorbed, and it is attached to the sucking disk 2 in such a manner that the opening end part 8a may abut against the peripheral edge of a rear surface 4b of the sucking disk 2. The peripheral edge of the rear surface 4b of the sucking disk 2 is pushed by the pressing member 3 that is apt to recover from its deformed state to its natural state and at the same time the shaft part 5 of the sucking disk 2 is pulled back in a direction where it is moved away from the surface S1 to be sucked, thereby a space between the adsorption surface 4a of the sucking disk 2 and the surface S1 to be sucked becomes a negative pressure state and the strong adsorbed state can be kept for longer hours.
