PURPOSE: To ensure excellent adsorptive performance and little limitation for loading working devices for painting, cleaning, inspection, etc., by arranging this device so as to alternatively adsorption actuate an adsorptive means mounted to a travelling body and adsorptive means installed to both end portions of a cross girder.

CONSTITUTION: Supporting portion materials 4 are fastened to both end portions of a cross girder 1, and adsorptive bodies 2 building in electromagnets 5 are installed to the materials 4 in the vertical direction to an adsorptive surface while rollers 8 are mounted near the adsorptive bodies 2 in an up and down movement-free shape. A supporting portion material 9 is installed into a hollow portion of the cross girder 1 through rollers 10 in a movement-free form, supporting legs 12 are mounted to a lower portion of said portion material 9 through a supporting shaft 11 in a revolution-free shape, and a caster 13 contacting with the adsorptive surface 7 is disposed to the lower end in a rolling-free form while an adsorptive body 14 is mounted into the supporting legs 12 in an up and down motion-free shape to the a dsorptvie surfac 7. An air motor 21 is connected to the supporting shaft 11 through gears 20, 22 while an air motor 24 is installed to a supporting portion material 3 and coupled with the cross girder 1 by means of gears 25, 26.
