A lexicon analysis means 30 performs a lexicon analysis about the page information in the storage means 10, and registers the acquired page analysis information to the storage means 10. A link source reflection analysis means 40 obtains link source reflection analysis information reflecting a link source page for each advertisement-posting page, using page analysis information for the advertisement-posting page and its link source page. An advertisement data determination means 50 determines advertisement data the most suitable for the advertisement-posting page, using the link source reflection analysis information for the advertisement-posting page and the page analysis information for the advertisement page.
