PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement evaluation apparatus capable of improving advertisement effect by means of advertisement information by determining degree of usefulness of a piece of advertisement information provided to a user, and an advertisement evaluation system and a computer program.SOLUTION: The advertisement evaluation apparatus is configured to deliver a piece of advertisement information from an advertisement management server 3 to a navigation apparatus 5; to acquire the number of times the on the navigation apparatus 5 to which the advertisement information is delivered; to acquire the number of visits a user has visited a point relevant to the advertisement information; and to determine the degree of usefulness of the advertisement information based on the number of provisions and the number of visits.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
