Title:
AEOLOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3915848
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aeolotropic conductive film high in adhesion, excellent in adhesive properties with metals in particular, also excellent in workability, high in cross linking density, and also excellent in durability.
SOLUTION: This conductive film comprises conductive grains dispersed in an adhesive agent, and is endowed with conductivity in the thickness direction by letting it be pressed in the thickness direction. This adhesive agent is mainly composed of (A) copolymer of ethylene and acetic acid, (B) copolymer of ethylene, acetic acid vinyl and monomer in an acrylate series and/or in a methacrylate series, (C) copolymer of ethylene, acetic acid vinyl and maleic acid and/or maleic acid anhydride, (D) copolymer of ethylene, monomer in a methacrylate series and/or in an acrylate series, and maleic acid and/or maleic acid anhydride, and (E) polymer selected out of ionomer resin where the intermolecular combination of copolymer of ethylene and methacrylic acid with metallic ions, is formed, and furthermore, (F) the aforesaid adhesive agent is a thermal or photo hardening adhesive agent comprising phosphorous compounds added thereto.
