Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily and accurately adjust the horizontal position of a diffuser plate provided to a pan.
CONSTITUTION: A pan 4 provided with a porous diffuser plate 5 is branched from an air pipe 1. A connecting pipe 6, an upper spherical bearing 7 and a lower spherical bearing 8 are provided between the air pipe 1 and a pan 4. One end of the connecting pipe 6 is connected to the pan 4, and a spherical frame 6b provided on the other end is vertically supported by the bearings 7 and 8. Consequently, the connecting pipe 6 is made rotatable, and the horizontal position of the pan 4 furnished with the diffuser plate 5 is easily and accurately adjusted.
