Abstract:
To improve air resistance of a vehicle without impairing external appearance of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An aerodynamic reduction device 10 reduces air resistance in front of a wheel 2 of a vehicle. The aerodynamic reduction device includes: an aerodynamic reduction member 20 which is constituted by connecting a plurality of components 21A, 21B, and 21C and disperses wind directed to the wheel 2 in a right and left direction in front of the wheel 2; a lifting mechanism 30 which switches the aerodynamic reduction member 20 to a storage state in which the aerodynamic reduction member is stored on an upper side of a bottom face section 3b of the vehicle and an operation state in which the aerodynamic reduction member is lowered from the bottom face section 3b; and a control device which controls the lifting mechanism 30. In the aerodynamic reduction member 20, the plurality of components 21A, 21B, and 21C are stored to overlap with each other in the storage state, and the plurality of components 21A, 21B, and 21C are arranged in front of the wheel 2 by connecting and suspending the plurality of components in a line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
