Title:
AERODYNAMIC SELF-EXCITED SOUND TYPE REFRIGERATION MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016095057
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement thermoacoustic refrigeration applying an engine as a driving source with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A refrigeration machine 1 includes a first vent tube 2, a fan 3, a resonance tube 4, a tubular member 5 and a first stack 6. The first vent tube 2 defines a frist ventilation passage 8 for circulating a gas inside. The fan 3 is disposed in the first ventilation passage 8 and driven and rotated by driving of an engine 9 to circulate the gas in the first ventilation passage 8. The resonance tube 4 defines an acoustic space 10 intersecting and communicating with the vent tube 2 at a downstream side of the fan 3 inside thereof. The tubular member 5 is fixed in an intersecting region 11 of the first ventilation passage 8 and the acoustic space 10. The gas flowing into the intersecting region 11 from the first ventilation passage 8 collides with the tubular member 5 and generates Karman vortex. The first stack 6 is disposed in the acoustic space 10. The Karman vortex generated in the intersecting region 11 generates aerodynamic self-excited sound in the acoustic space 10 by vibrating with a discharge frequency substantially agreed with a resonance frequency of the resonance tube 4. Temperature difference is generated in the first stack 6 by the aerodynamic self-excited sound of the acoustic space 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
