A solid fire extinguishing agent 14 which generates fire extinguishing aerosol from burning is stored in a cylindrical container 20 with one end open. A porous nozzle 60 on which a plurality of nozzle pores 62 are disposed is disposed on the way on the opening side of the container 20 for suppressing the release of flames generated from burning of the solid fire extinguishing agent 14 to outside. The flames jetted from burning of the solid fire extinguishing agent 14 are divided, and the pressure on the nozzle outlet side becomes negative by the jetting of aerosol, so that high-temperature aerosol is cooled and released with air sucked from air vents 64.
