To provide an aerosol-type hair-dyeing or decolorizing/destaining oxidizer-containing composition having excellent temperature stability in viscosity.SOLUTION: The present disclosure provides an aerosol-type hair-dyeing or decolorizing/destaining oxidizer-containing composition, comprising (A) an ionic surfactant, (B) an oil-based component excluding a higher alcohol, and (C) an oxidizer, the ratio between a viscosity (V50) at 50°C and a viscosity (V25) at 25°C (V50/V25) being 0.80-1.20.SELECTED DRAWING: None
