Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an affinity separation method capable of separating an objective substance conveniently and precisely by means of an affinity particle utilizing an organic particle.
SOLUTION: The affinity particle has a phosphorylcholine group represented by the formula (1) bonded to the surface of the organic particle by a covalent bonding and has a ligand having the specific affinity to the objective substance bonded to the surface of the organic particle by a covalent bonding or adsorption.
