Abstract:
To enhance the reliability of stacking of paper sheets when a bin is used as a large-capacity tray.
An after-processing device is provided with a plurality of bins 22 for assorting and housing paper sheets P, a discharging means (deflection pawls 27, discharging roller pairs 31) provided for each bin 22 to discharge the paper sheets to the bins 22, sensors 32 for detecting the heights of the paper sheets housed in the bins 22, and a control part for switching the discharging means on the basis of a detected signal of the sensor 32.
