Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To empty, wash, and dry containers without stopping respective process lines and minimize the number of deliveries of the containers to secure the reliability of transfer thereof. SOLUTION: This after treatment device 1 to empty, wash, and dry containers 8 after they have been immersed in a chemical solution, is provided with a conveying means 2 intermittently receiving the containers 8 after their immersion in the chemical solution at a certain receive position A and rapidly feeding them through a specified number N of intermittent motions to transfer them to a treatment position C, and a treatment means 3 inserting nozzles 21 in the transferred and received containers 8 and ejecting a different kind of fluid from the nozzles 21 by changing over the supply source, in sequence.
