Title:
AGC AMPLIFIER CONTROL CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3292121
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain AGC amplifier control circuit which reduces data quantity that is stored in a storage circuit and simplifies addresses.
SOLUTION: This circuit has attenuator control circuits 18 and 29 which perform hysteresis control of RF attenuators 10 and 21, activate the RF attenuators in the next gain updation of AGC amplifiers 13 and 24 and output information of whether or not to have prescribed attenuation quantity. In this circuit configuration, storage circuit 16 and 27 associate gains of the amplifiers 18 and 29 with prescribed outputs and store them and when the attenuators 10 and 21 are activated and have a prescribed attenuation quantity, data conversion circuits 15 and 26 perform data conversion so that the gains of the AGC amplifiers may be increased in accordance with the attenuation quantity. Then, it is possible to reduce data quantity that is stored in the storage circuits and to reduce the data quantity by using value with which the data conversion of a sending or receiving level is performed in consideration of the attenuation quantity of the attenuators for the addresses of the storage circuits.
