PURPOSE: To unify the text format of information of a network monitor system on a transmission line and to relieve the load by implementing conversion processing able to process AGC information having a characteristic specific to a radio equipment on a same criterion with a monitor.
CONSTITUTION: An A/D converter 8 converts AGC analog information inputted from a radio equipment 9 into digital information and a voltage of the AGC digitally converted information is sent to a technical value conversion/statistic processing circuit 7, in which the technical conversion processing taking the characteristic specific to the radio equipment 9 into account is processed and converted into a dBm value able to be processed on a same criterion. The dBm value of the converted AGC information is subject to statistic processing by the technical value conversion/statistic processing circuit 7, a minimum value, a maximum value and a mean value are obtained. The AGC information obtained by the dBm value is sent to an information transmission circuit 6, the result is built up into a text of a unified routine format by which the AGC information of all radio equipments 9 is sent and sent to a central monitor 1 via an information repeater 2 via a transmission line 4.
