PURPOSE: An agent for alleviating delayed allergy, containing a specific naphthalene derivative, etc., including a compound having antitumor activity.
CONSTITUTION: The titled agent containing a compound selected from compounds shown by the formula I (X is H, group shown by the formula II, formula III, or formula IV; Y is H, or acetyloxy; Y is H when X is H, and Y is acetyloxy when X is group except H), formula V (X' is OH, dimethylamino, or H; Y' is Y; Y' is acetyloxy when X' is H, and Y' is H when X is group except H), formula VI, formula VII, and formula VIII as an active ingredient. The agent can be administered orally, preferably administered parenterally, especially preferably administered in the form of an external preparation. When it is administered as an ointment, the ointment in an amount corresponding to 10mgW1g of the compound is applied to an affected part once W several times/daily.
